The project is an extension above a Town house, Art Deco style, in Brussels.

Ordered by a private client, the project creates 8 apartments, 5 of which are added in 3 news flours above the 3 existing aside the party pinion wall. Originally designed to become a B&B, the apartments also fulfill all the criteria allowing them to be sold individually.

As the plans were about to be complited, my work consisted in working the volume of the extention in model and adapt the plan accordingly, then make the full detailed model.
