The project takes place also along the Brussels canal, but on the other side and on a different master plan. The subject is to design a cultural center at the crossroads of differents public spaces.
Our Response was to design a cultural center dedicated to the art of danse. This institution, at the scale of the city, contains danse studios, a 280 seats theater, a media center and library, and an exhibiton hall at the first floor. The intuition was to offer danse studios overseeing the canal.
The architecture want here to be what the canvas is to the painter, the support of creation.
